Andre had a rough upbringing with an abusive father. The destructive choices he made as an adolescent resulted in his arrest and imprisonment. In solitary confinement, a light turned on for Andre. He made the decision to change his fate. With a new mindset, he served a 14-year sentence, earned parole, and from that moment on Andre has never looked back.

Andre Norman's mission is simple: To motivate others to make a change. By sharing his life experiences, Andre s goal is to empower those with a desire to make a change. Andre guides you to create the steps for putting your life on the path you seek.

ep. 18 - Mark L. Walberg: TV Personality, Author, and Keynote Speaker

Mark L. Walberg is a television personality best known for hosting PBS' ANTIQUES ROADSHOW. He started his television career as an assistant at Dick Clark Productions and quickly moved in front of the camera as the announcer for the popular game show Shop Til You Drop and then as host of Burnt Toast, a sports magazine show on ESPN. It was there that the late Brandon Tartikoff noticed his work, and that association produced the nationally syndicated The Mark Walberg Show.

Walberg has hosted and been featured in an array of popular talk, reality competition, and game shows, including the FOX hit The Moment of Truth. He also has hosted home improvement competitions The Mansion andHouse Rules, knowledge quiz shows Test the Nation and Russian Roulette, and won The Weakest Link as a contestant playing for charity. He also hosted the relationship challenge Temptation Island. Realizing a long-held ambition to produce, Walberg created and produced Sunday Dinner.

In 2017, Mark will be releasing his new book, Appraise This: How Life on the Road Taught Me What is Valuable, which will detail the four criteria that appraisers look for in antiques and collectibles that readers can apply to business and personal relationships to increase their effectiveness and value.

Todd’s journey towards authenticity began with degrees from the University of Memphis and the University of Tennessee. Next came process improvement and team-building experience with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Ernst & Young. He then earned a Ph.D. in Management from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, as well as a prestigious Post Doctoral Fellowship, and eventually a position on the graduate faculty at Wright State University. After ten years in the classroom, early tenure, many awards, and many scholarly publications, the entrepreneurial spirit took over.

Todd left the ivory tower and now wears many hats: speaker, author, trainer, advisor, not to mention being the go-to leadership and life expert for millions of people through Lynda.com at LinkedIn. His library of work with Lynda.com has made him a two-time global best-seller earning praise from professionals in over 170 countries.
